Q: How much does YCS cost?
A: Basic setup begins at $499, plus the cost of digitizing your logo. Custom shops can be tailored to your needs at an hourly rate. There is a monthly fee of $50 / store.
Q: What products can I have in my shop?
A: All online stores can have the entire collection of standard products, although you may include your own products as well.
Q: Do I control pricing on my items?
A: Yes. Each product that you sell has a distributor markup that you can set. In the case of your own products, the markup is the entire retail price for the item.
Q: How do I get paid?
A: Assuming your online store is processing orders, you'll be paid each month. Accounts are reconciled about 30 days after the close of each month. At that time, your Net sales check and monthly report is sent directly to you. Your Net sales check is simply your gross sales, less processing fees.
Q: What are the processing fees?
A: The current processing fee is 6.5% + .45 for each order.
Q: What is the standard return policy?
A: For items purchased through your shop that we decorate on-demand, returns are not permitted. For items that are not decorated, returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. You, as the distributor, will be held responsible for all costs associated with the return, including shipping, receiving and restocking. We're also happy to change verbiage on our site that speaks to a different policy, should you want to handle returns on your own.
Q: How are orders fulfilled?
A: All orders are sent to our fulfillment partner, Big Bear, for embroidery and/or fulfillment. Shipping will be arranged from the Big Bear facility directly to the customer by UPS.
